Prelims Exam

• English Language – 30 Qs / 30 Marks

• Numerical Ability – 35 Qs / 35 Marks

• Reasoning Ability – 35 Qs / 35 Marks
   Duration: 60 mins | Negative marking: 0.25 mark per wrong answer

Mains Exam

• General/Financial Awareness – 50 Qs / 50 Marks

• General English – 40 Qs / 40 Marks

• Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 50 Qs / 60 Marks

• Quantitative Aptitude – 50 Qs / 50 Marks
   Duration: 160 mins | Prelims is qualifying only – Mains decides the final merit.

• Starting Salary: ₹24,050 (plus allowances)

• Gross Salary: Around ₹32,000–₹38,000/month

• Profile: Customer Service Associate – handling daily banking operations, assisting customers, processing transactions.
